The closure systems fitted to rotary cookers designed for the processing of cereals must meet extremely high specifications. Fluctuating pressures and temperatures, or salty liquid additives and/or the addition of solids, are all factors that can lead to dangerous situations that are likely to cause accidents involving operating staff. Up to now, no one in the sector has been capable of providing a satisfactory solution to this problem.

• The inner face of the cover is designed to match the contours of the cooker vessel, with no gaps.

• The closure is designed to operate at a constant excess pressure of 5 bar.
